Having interacted with multiple letting agents in the recent past, I can clearly say that Lilly Letting folks(Jemma & Vanessa in particular) stood apart from the rest with their professional approach and at the same time very flexible and understanding about uncertain situations that may come up in the lives of tenants. Lillys Lettings were recommended to us by the Estate Agent who sold us the house and they found us a tenant within two weeks of completing on the property. Any problems with the property have been dealt with quickly. When the tenants had difficulty paying the rent, Lillys dealt with the problem in a professional manner.
